The Cancer Research and Resource Center will be hosting weekly Cancer Prevention Webinars in support of National Cancer Prevention Month. February is the month dedicated to cancer prevention, represented by a purple ribbon. According to the American Institute for Cancer Research, about half of the most common U.S. cancer cases are preventable. What you eat and how much you move make a big difference for cancer prevention. The webinars will provide valuable information on cancer prevention. The webinars will be held every Wednesday during the month of February from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cancer Resource and Research Center. If you are interested in attending, bring a group of friends, relatives, coworkers, and a good lunch. The dates and times are: Wednesday, Feb. 12, Wednesday, Feb. 19, and Wednesday, Feb. 26.
