Special student recognized

William Kidd was selected as the Brunswick High School Student of the Month for August. He was recognized at the September meeting of the Brunswick County School Board. Elizabeth Burns, left, Dr. Carolyn Jones, Principal Dr. Ronnie Watson, Floyd Moore, Jr. - Chair, Timothy Puryear - Vice Chair, Roy Warwick and Dr. Kristy Somerville Midgette – Division Superintendent congratulated William. Dr. Watson said, “Consistently William exhibits exemplary study work habits and is extremely dedicated to his academic pursuits. He is alert and conscientious about the quality of his class work and is open to the various tasks required of high school students who wish to excel in their educational endeavors.
